UDN Raises $25,000 for Pluta Cancer Foundation at 7th Annual Golf Tournament
UDN, Inc., a leading general construction company in Rochester, hosted its seventh annual charity golf tournament on September 30 at the Penfield Country Club. The event, which had 144 participants, raised $25,000 for the Pluta Cancer Foundation, surpassing last year’s donation and bringing the total funds from all tournaments to $110,000.
The Pluta Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Rochester that supports cancer patients by alleviating the financial burdens they and their families experience.
The golf tournament sold out in August, making it the largest charity tournament held at Penfield Country Club. The success of the tournament was bolstered by the support of 25 sponsors and generous contributions from 102 local businesses that donated raffle prizes.
